ميسى يحرز ثلاثية فى هزيمة مايوركا بخماسية

نجح فريق برشلونة الاسباني في اعتلاء صدارة الدوري الاسباني بعد تحقيقه فوز كبير وعريض على ضيفه مايوركا بخماسية نظيفة في اطار مباريات الجولة الحادية عشر من الدوري .

وقاد هاتريك ليونيل ميسي فريقه لاعتلاء صدارة الدوري بعد تسجيله ثلاثية في الدقائق 13 و21 و30 من زمن اللقاء.

وشهد اللقاء الهدف الاول لإسحق كوينكا لاعب برشلونة الناشئ صاحب الاعوام العشرين والذي جاء في الدقيقة 50 من زمن المباراة .

وسيطر برشلونة على اللقاء منذ بدايتها حتى نجح البرازيلي ادريانو من صناعة ضربة جزاء في الدقيقة 12 نجح البرغوث الأرجنتيني في افتتاح النتيجة.

بعدها صنع كوينكا كرة رائعة بعد مراوغته فاع الفريق الساحلي الاسباني وحارس مرماه ويمررها عرضية لميسي الذي لم يجد صعوبة في ايداعها المرمى قبل ان يتم ميسي ثلاثيته الشخصية باستغلال رائع من لمسة واحدة لتمريرة دانييل الفيش الطويلة في الدقيقة 30.

وقبل ان يطلق الحكم صافرة لانعاية يابى الفيش ان ينهي المباراة دون اكمالها خماسية وسجل هدف صاروخي بعدما اطلق تسديدة ولا اروع من مسافة 35 ياردة من مرمى اواتي.

بهذا الفوز ارتفع رصيد برشلونة للنقطة 24 بفارق نقطة عن ليفانتي مطارده والذي سيخوض مباراة الاحد امام اوساسونا.

بينما تراجع مايوركا للنقطة 9 في المركز الرابع عشر.

ميلان يفوز على روما فى الكلاسيكو ويتصدر الدورى لاول مرة

نجح حامل لقب الدوري الايطالي اي سي ميلان في اعتلاء صدارة الدوري الايطالي - ولو بصفة مؤقتة - لاول مرة هذا الموسم بعد تحقيقه فوز كبير وعريض على روما بثلاثية لهدفين في ملعب الاخير.

وكان لابراموفيتش صاحب الفضل في تسجيل هدفين من ثلاثية النادي الاحمر والاسود .

وجاءت المباراة قوية وحماسية من جانب ميلان بينما عاب روما التردد الواضح والارتباك على كل مستويات خطوط الفريق.

وكان ميلان صاحب كلمة البداية في المباراة بهدف من ضربة رأس للعملاق السويدي ابراهيموفيتش استغل فيها تمريرة اكويلاني العرضية في الدقيقة 17 بعدها يتعادل الأرجنتيني بورديسو لأصحاب الارض في الدقيقة 28.

ويعود ميلان للتقدم سريعا مع الدقيقة 30 عن طريق رأسية نيستا جراء استغلاله لركلة ركنية.

مع بداية الشوط الثاني يفرض ميلان سيطرته تماما على اللقاء ويتنافس لاعبوه على اضاعة الفرص ويطرد بواتينج عقب تغييره بامانويلسون في الدقيقة 72 لإهانته الحكم.

ويضيف ابراموفيتش الهدف الثالث لميلان بعد تمريرة مكررة لاكويلاني في الدقيقة 78 قبل ان يقرب بويان النتيجة لروما في الدقيقة 88 بعد سقوط الكرة من يد ابياتي حارس ميلان.

رفع ميلان رصيده من النقاط لـ17 في الصدارة بينما توقف روما رصيده عتد 11 نقاط في المركز العاشر بعد مرور عشر جولات من المسابقة.

على الجانب الاخر تلقى نابولي خسارة من كاتانيا في صقلية بهدفين لهدف ليتراجع الفريق للمركز الخامس برصيد 14 نقطة وهو نفس رصيد كاتانيا التي تليه في المركز بفارق الاهداف.

ارسنال وتشيلسى قمة الروعة والاثارة 5-3

سحق فريق ارسنال الانجليزي نظيره تشيلسي بخمسة اهداف مقابل ثلاثة ضمن الجولة رقم 10 من عمر الدوري الانجليزي الممتاز.

ووصل الجانرز إلى 16 نقطة في المركز السادس فيما بقي البلوز في المركز الثالث بتسعة عشر نقطة.

وسجل اهداف الجانرز: روبين فان بيرسي (ق 36 و84 و90) واندريه سانتوس (ق 49) وثيو والكوت (ق 55)، بينما أحرز اهداف تشيلسي فرانك لامبارد (ق 14) وجون تيري (ق 45) وخوان ماتا (ق 80).

وواصل لاعبو الفرنسي ارسين فينجر انتصاراتهم بتحقيق الانتصار الثالث على التوالي عقب تخطي سندرلاند وستوك سيتي في أخر جولتين.

بينما تواصلت النتائج السلبية للاعبي البرتغالي اندريا فياس بواس مدرب البلوز عقب الخسارة في الجولة الماضية امام كوين بارك رينجرز بهدف نظيف.

وغاب عن البلوز في مواجهة الارسنال كلاً من مهاجمه الايفواري ديديه دروجبا وبوستنجوا بسبب الطرد امام رينجرز في الجولة الماضية.

من جانبه حقق مانشستر يونايتد فوزا بهدف نظيف على ايفرتون اعاده للانتصارات في البطولة الانجليزية بعد الخسارة امام مانشستر سيتي الاحد في الجولة رقم 9 بنتيجة 6-1.

وسجل خافيير هيرنانديز هدف اليونايتد والمباراة الوحيد في الدقيقة 18 من عمر المباراة.

وحافظ اليونايتد على المركز الثاني في ترتيب أندية الدوري الانجليزي بالوصول للنقطة 23 بينما بقي ايفرتون في المركز الثالث عشر بعشر نقطة.

الأهلي يصحح مساره والسعيد يتألق في الفوز على الاتحاد بالدوري

عاد فريق الأهلي للانتصارات ببطولة الدوري المصري الممتاز بالفوز على حساب الاتحاد السكندري بثنائية نظيفة ضمن مباريات الاسبوع الرابع للدوري المصري الممتاز.

وسجل هدفي الأهلي كلا من عبدالله السعيد (ق 10) وعماد متعب (ق 68).

ووصل الأهلي إلى ثماني نقاط من اربع مباريات بالدوري المصري محرزا أول فوز له منذ الاسبوع الاول الذي شهد فوز الفريق بالاسكندرية 1-0 على حرس الحدود.

وأوقف الأهلي مسلسل التعادلات في اخر مباراتين مع بتروجيت والجونة بتحقيق انتصار شهد تألق من لاعبي القلعة الحمراء وأبرزهم مفتتح أهداف المباراة عبدالله السعيد.

من جانبه بقي زعيم الثغر بخمس نقاط من فوز وتعادلين متلقيا أول هزائمه بالموسم الجديد.

وبات الفوز هو الثاني للأهلي في الدوري وبالاسكندرية أيضاً حيث كان الأول بملعب الاسكندرية والثاني بملعب برج العرب.

الاهلي بشكل مغاير

دخل لاعبو القلعة الحمراء المباراة بدوافع نفسية جديدة وروح مختلفة بعد التعادل في مباراتي بتروجيت والجونة من أجل العودة لطريق الانتصارات من جانب واكتساب الثقة المفقودة من جانب آخر، بينما لم يكن الاتحاد بنفس الصورة التي ظهر عليها في الأسابيع الأولى.

ودفع البرتغالي مانويل جوزيه المدير الفني للقلعة الحمراء برامي ربيعة في مركز الليبرو للتغلب على الازمات التي يعاني منها الخط الخلفي للأحمر في الفترة الأخيرة.

بعد مرور خمس دقائق من عمر الشوط الأول كان عماد متعب يسدد على الجانب الأيمن للحارس هاني سليمان لتمر كرته بجوار القائم الايمن.

وابعد الهاني سليمان تسديدة عبدالله السعيد من ركلة حرة على حدود منطقة الجزاء كادت أن تضع الفريق الأحمر في المقدمة.

ونجح عبدالله السعيد في افتتاح اهدافه بقميص الفريق الأحمر بعد عشر دقائق من انطلاق المباراة بتسديدة متقنة من على حدود منطقة الجزاء لم يجدها سليمان إلا في شباكه.

على الجانب الآخر لم يشكل فريق الاتحاد أي خطورة من أجل تعديل النتيجة وبدا بعيدا عن اداءه في الجولات السابقة.

ومرر احمد فتحي عرضية رائعة على رأس عبدالله السعيد الذي لعبها رائعة لكن كرته مرت بجوار القائم الايمن.

وتعرض محمد شوقي لاعب الوسط للإصابة ليخرج ويدخل بدلاً منه وليد سليمان.

ونال حسام غالي واحمد زكريا من الأحمر والأخضر بطاقتين صفراويتين للتداخل العنيف على محمود سمير واحمد شديد قناوي على التوالي.

وظهرت اول تسديدة خطيرة على مرمى القلعة الحمراء في ظل ضغط سكندري خلال الدقائق العشرة الأخيرة من عمر الشوط الأول عندما ابعد شريف اكرامي تسديدة، رامي ربيعة مهاجم زعيم الثغر إلى ركلة ركنية.

وتألق المدافع محمد نجيب بابعاد الكرة من امام المنطلق محمود سمير لتبقى ليمنح الاتحاد ركلة ركنية في ظل ثبات دفاعي أهلاوي.

الأهلي يؤمن فوزه

وخرج السيد حمدي ودخل جدو مع انطلاق الشوط الثاني من المباراة.

وظلت سيطرة اصحاب الرداء الأحمر على مجريات الأمور مع انطلاقة الشوط الثاني فيما كانت جماهيره تشعل الشماريخ معلنة عن فرحتها بالاداء الرائع للاعبين.

وسدد حسام غالي من على حدود منطقة زعيم الثغر لكن كرته مرت بجوار القائم الايمن للحارس الهاني سليمان.

واحتسبت ركلة حرة على الأهلي لينال احمد فتحي البطاقة الصفراء عقب تدخله العنيف على محمود سمير الذي تسبب في نيل الأحمر لبطاقتين صفراويتين.

ودخل العراقي مصطفى كريم بدلاً من رامي ربيعة لينعش الخط الامامي لاصحاب الأرض.

ومرر لاعبو الأهلي عدة تمريرات رائعة من الوسط للامام انتهت عند عماد متعب الذي مرر للسعيد الذي لم يسدد بالشكل المطلوب لتخرج كرته أعلى من عارضة الاتحاد.

وأحرز متعب ثاني أهداف الأهلي والمباراة بحلول منتصف الشوط الثاني بعد تلقيه بينية رائعة داخل منطقة الجزاء ليتوقف لثانية ثم يسدد في الشباك محرزا هدف التأمين.

وخرج محمود سمير ليدخل لاعب الأهلي المعار لزعيم الثغر مصطفى (عفروتو).

وانطلق جدو من على الجانب الأيسر لملعب الاتحاد ليدخل منطقة الجزاء ويسدد في الشباك من الخارج.

وأدخل البرتغالي جوزيه، لاعب الوسط محمد ابوتريكة بدلاً من صاحب الهدف الثاني عماد متعب.

واحتسب الحكم محمد فاروق ركلة حرة على خط منطقة الجزاء لصالح شديد قناوي سددها عبدالله السعيد رائعة ومتقنة لترتطم بعارضة الهاني سليمان.

ومرر لاعبو الأهلي أكثر من 22 تمريرة في ظل سيطرة واستحواذ منقطع النظير على مجريات الأمور فيما لم يقابل الحارس شريف اكرامي أي اختبارات صعبة.

للمرة المليون فان بيرسي يقود الآرسنال لفوز جديد على ستوك سيتي

قاد الهولندي روبن فان بيرسي فريقه آرسنال للمرة المليون للفوز على ضيفه ستوك سيتي بنتيجة 3-1 في المباراة التي جمعت بين الفريقين في الأسبوع التاسع من الدوري الإنجليزي الممتاز.

افتتح الإيفواري جيرفينيو التسجيل في الدقيقة 27 بعد أن استغلاله لتمريرة آرون رامسي الذهبية مسدداً الكرة سهلة في المرمى, وعادل بيتر كراوتش النتيجة في الدقيقة 34 بعد أن تابع كرة سهلة وصلته أمام مرمىً خالٍ, وأضاف البديل الهولندي فان بيرسي فور دخوله الهدف الثاني للآرسنال في الدقيقة 74  وختم نفس اللاعب على الفوز في الدقيقة 82.

وبهذا الفوز رفع آرسنال رصيده إلى 13 نقطة محتلاً المركز السابع في حين تجمد رصيد ستوك عند 12 نقطة.

مانشستر سيتي يسحق اليونايتد ويبدأ بتعديل التاريخ

حقق مانشستر سيتي فوزاً كبيراً خارج ملعبه على مانشستر يونايتد بنتيجة 6-1 ليؤكد صدارته وقوته الهائلة هذا الموسم.

الأهداف:
مانشستر سيتي : ماريو بالوتيلي (الدقائق 22 و60) ... وسيرجيو أغويرو (الدقيقة 69) وإدين جيكو ( 89 و93) وديفيد سيلفا (91).
مانشستر يونايتد : دارين فليتشر ( د 81).

البحث عن حارس المرمى:
بدأت المباراة في دقائقها العشرين الأولى بعملية البحث عن حارس المرمى لكلا الفريقين ، فحاول مانشستر سيتي أولاً الهجوم من دون أن يجد أي مسار للتسديد على مرمى جو هارت في حين رد الشياطين الحمر في ملعبهم عبر التركيز على الجهة اليمنى للبحث عن هدف لكن أيضاً من دون أن يجدوا ممراً للمرمى.

لماذا دائماً بالوتيلي:
في الدقيقة 22 وعلى غفلة من الجميع وعندما كان الحارسان نائمين بلا أي اختبار ، جاءت فرصة للمان سيتي بعد تبادل الكرات بين سيلفا وميلنر وبالوتيلي ليتم وضع الكرة على مشارف الثمانية عشر فوضعها السوبر ماريو بالوتيلي هادئة زاحفة كمن يلعب الغولف بكل ذكاء في الزاوية اليسرى ويرفع بعدها قميصاً كتب عليه : " لماذا دائماً أنا؟".

وأخيراً سدد مانشستر يونايتد:
بعد هدف المان سيتي تراجع الضيوف محاولين الاعتماد على الهجمات المرتدة ، وحاول الشياطين الحمر الضغط لكن من دون أن يجدوا ثعرة حتى الدقيقة 33 عندما جاءت أول تسديدة لأندرسون أمسكها جو هارت بسهولة.

الضغط يتواصل :
تواصلت الدقائق بعد هذه التسديدة المانشستراوية الحمراء وسط ضغط لأصحاب الأرض ، فتهادت الكرة أمام أقدام جوني إيفانز جاهزة للتسجيل لكنه لم يعرف أن يسدد فخرجت بشكل طريف من بطن رجله ثم تواصل الضغط بلا فائدة ومن دون خطورة حقيقية لينتهي الشوط الأول 1-0.

بداية وبطاقة حمراء:
مع انطلاق الشوط الثاني أصر بالوتيلي على أن يكون رجل اللحظة ، ففي الدقيقة 47 وبعد أن تبادل الكرة مع سيرجيو أغويرو لينفرد أمام جوني إيفانز ويقترب من المرمى ليعرقله جوني إيفانز ويتعرض للبطاقة الحمراء ، ويحتسب الحكم ركلة حرة مباشرة انبرى لها بالوتيلي لكنه سددها بالحائط.

فرصتان في دقيقة:
في الدقيقة 54 اقتحم ميكا ريتشاردز دفاع مانشستر يونايتد فواجه المرمى لكنه سدد بكل غرابة فوق المرمى ، وبعدها مباشرة سنحت الكرة أمام أشلي يونغ سددها ضعيفة بأقدام مدافعي المان سيتي رغم سهولة موقفه فيها فأبعدها المدافع لترتطم بيونغ مرة أخرى وتكاد أن تسجل.

الشياطين ينتفضون فيتعرضون لطعنة قاتلة:
بعد فرصة أشلي يونغ انتفض الشياطين الحمر فضغطوا مانشستر سيتي في ملعبه رغم النقص العددي ، لكن تنظيم الدفاع في مانشستر سيتي احتوى هذه الانتفاضة ببسالة ثم انطلق مثلث الخطر بل مثلث الموت ديفيد سيلفا وجيمس ميلنر وبالوتيلي تلاعبوا بالدفع بعد لمسات سحرية فكانت تمريرة سيلفا فعرضية ميلنر فهدف بالوتيلي في الدقيقة 60.

الآن ... وقت العزف :
في الدقيقة 68 عزف لاعبو مانشستر سيتي أجمل الألحان ، فتمريرة بالعمق من يايا توري استقبلها بالوتيلي فذهبت لميلنر منه لميكا ريتشاردز الذي حولها عرضية لأغويرو فأعلن انتهاء الأوبرا بهدف جميل للغاية.

وتمضي الدقائق زرقاء:
مضت الدقائق بعد هذا الهدف الثالث والقاتل زرقاء لمانشستر سيتي ، فأهدر أكثر من فرصة عبر إدين دجيكو الذي نزل بديلاً فسنحت له أكثر من كرة ليسجل لولا الحارس دي خيا في بعض هذه المناسبات.

هدف جميل للشياطين:
في الدقيقة 81 سجل دارين فليتشر هدفاً جميلاً في مرمى مانشستر سيتي بعد أن تبادل الكرة مع خافيير هرنانديز فسددها رائعة على يسار جو هارت لا يمكن التصدي لها.

الرد قاسي جداً يا فيرغسون:
رد مانشستر سيتي بقوة على هدف الشياطين الحمر ، فمن ركنية تعامل معها دي خيا بطريقة خاطئة صلحها ليسكوت لإدين دجيكو فسجلها الهدف الرابع في الدقيقة 89 ، ولم يكتفِ مان سيتي بهذا الرد بل سجل ديفيد سيلفا الخامس في الدقيقة 91 ثم عاد دجيكو وسحق بالسادس في الدقيقة 93.

الانتصار الثاني منذ عام 1976:
حقق مانشستر سيتي اليوم انتصاره الثاني منذ عام 1976 على مانشستر يونايتد عندما تقام المباراة في الأولد ترافورد.

الترتيب:
بهذه النتيجة رسخ مانشستر سيتي أقدامه في صدارة الدوري الإنجليزي برصيد 25 نقطة وبفارق 5 نقاط عن مانشستر يونايتد.

بواتينغ يعود بالميلان من بعيد ويقوده للفوز على ليتشي

قلب الميلان تأخره أمام مستضيفه ليتشي بثلاثية إلى فوز بأربعة أهداف لثلاثة بعد مباراة جميلة جداً عاد فيها الفريق من بعيد بفضل نجمه الغاني بواتينغ  .

سجل أهداف الميلان بواتينغ في الدقائق٤٩ و٥٥ و٦٣ ويبيس ٨٣ في حين سجل لليتشي جياكومازي ٤  وأودو ٣٠  وغروسمولر ٣٧ .

شوط المباراة الأول جاء كالمتوقع في معظمه، سيطرة لفريق واحد وتنظيم هجومي ودفاعي وثلاثة أهداف مسجلة ، لكن الشيء الوحيد الذي كان مفاجئاً أن هذا ما ينطبق على ليتشي وليس على الميلان ، فالأدوار كانت مقلوبة تماماً حيث ضغط ليتشي الميلان منذ أول لحظة واستطاع افتتاح التسجيل من كرة ثابتة مرفوعة لعبها غروسمولر وسجلها جياكومازي برأسه معلناً بداية مهرجان الأهداف .

الميلان بقي مفكك الصفوف ولم يستطع بناء هجمة خطيرة واحدة في حين واصل ليتشي تنظيمه الهجومي والدفاعي وهدد المرمى أكثر من مرة إلا أن أبياتي كان بالمرصاد قبل أن يقوم هو نفسه بخطأ كبير حيث أفلت كرة مرفوعة من ركنية ليقوم أحد لاعبي ليتشي بتمثيلية ارتماء صدّقها الحكم واحتسب ركلة جزاء ترجمها الميلاني السابق أودو هدفاً ثانياً .

رغم الهدفين لم يتحرك الميلان بالشكل المطلوب ولم يخلق الكثير من الفرص ليعاود الدفاع غباءه الشديد ويخلق كرة مقشرة لغروسمولر المتسلل لكن بما أن الكرة جاءت من قدم أنتونيني فإن الهدف شرعي تماماً ليبدو الميلان على أبواب خسارة تاريخية بعد انتهاء الشوط الأول بثلاثية نظيفة .

في الشوط الثاني قام أليغري بتبديلين فأخرج المخيبين روبينيو وأمبروزيني وأدخل أكويلاني وبواتينغ حيث كان لهذا التغيير مفعول السحر حيث انقلب أداء الميلان وأطبق تماماً على مرمى منافسه فأهدر بواتينغ أول الفرص قبل أن يسجل هدفاً جميلاً من صناعة أكويلاني في وقت مبكر من الشوط الثاني .

هذا الهدف شجع الميلان على التقدم نحو الأمامو وواصل هجومه نحو الأمام واستطاع بواتينغ مجدداً تسجيل الهدف الثاني بكرة صاروخية مشابهة لهدفه أمام باتي بوريسوف أعدّها له أنطونيو كاسانو ، ولم يتأخر بواتينغ نفسه في تسجيل الهدف الثالث بعد كرة ثابتة لعبها كاسانو وارتدت من الدفاع ليكون هذا الهدف نقطة انطلاقة الميلان نحو الفوز وقد استطاع الفريق بلوغ هدفه بعد كرة جميلة من كاسانو لعبها الكولومبي يبيس برأسه الهدف الرابع، وبعد هذا الهدف حاول الميلان الحفاظ على هذا الفوز وكان له ما أراد لتنتهي المباراة بفوز تاريخي للميلان بعد عودة رائعة نادراً ما تحدث .

الريال ينهي مهمة مالاجا "المعقدة" برباعية في الشوط الأول

عاقب ريال مدريد مضيفه مالاجا لمجرد التفكير في إسقاطه بملعب لاروساليدا بعد أن اكتسحه اليوم بين جماهيره برباعية نظيفة سجلها جميعا في الشوط الأول من المباراة التي جمعتهما في الجولة التاسعة من الدوري الإسباني.

وقاد النجم البرتغالي كريستيانو رونالدو فريقه للفوز الساحق بعد أن سجل "هاتريك" أنهى صيامه عن التهديف في المباريات الثلاث الأخيرة، كما واصل المهاجم الأرجنتيني جونزالو إيجواين تألقه باحراز هدف افتتاح الرباعية.

وقفز النادي الملكي إلى صدارة الليجا بصفة مؤقتة بعد أن أضاف لجعبته النقطة 19 ، إلا أنه مهدد بفقدان الصدارة اليوم في حال فوز غريمه وحامل لقب آخر ثلاث نسخ برشلونة على ضيفه إشبيلية، فيما تجمد رصيد مالاجا عند 13 نقطة في المركز السادس.

لم يكن أكثر المتفائلين للريال يتوقع أن ينهي المهمة المعقدة في الشوط الأول بهذه السهولة بعد أن أمطر شباك مالاجا برباعية نظيفة، فكان الحديث قبل اللقاء يحوم حول خطورة مالاجا على ملعبه وعن إمكانية سقوط الفريق الملكي في أول اختبار حقيقي هذا الموسم في لاروساليدا.

ولم يدفع بيليجريني بالمهاجم الهولندي المخضرم رود فان نيستلروي هداف الريال السابق ربما لظروف المباراة التي جاءت على عكس ما اشتهاه.

بدأ مالاجا اللقاء بالضغط على دفاعات "الميرينجي" منذ الدقائق الأولى بحثا عن هدف مبكر لإرباك حسابات مورينيو، لكن الريال حافظ على توازنه وترابط خطوطه.

حارس إشبيلية: كنت أعرف أين سيسدد ميسي ركلة الجزاء

اكد حارس إشبيلية، خافي فاراس أنه كان يعرف أين سيسدد نجم برشلونة، الأرجنتيني ليونيل ميسي ركلة الجزاء التي احتسبت ضد فريقه في الدقيقة الأخيرة من عمر المباراة، التي جمعت بين الفريقين في الجولة الثامنة من عمر المسابقة، وانتهت بالتعادل السلبي.

واعتبر فاراس في تصريحات عقب المباراة التي أقيمت السبت أن النقطة التي حصل عليها إشبيلية من هذا التعادل لم تكن بفضله بل بسبب مجهود كل اللاعبين.

صحيفة: فابريجاس وجه لكانوتيه سبابا دينيا

ذكرت تقارير إخبارية أن لاعب وسط برشلونة سيسك فابريجاس وجه للمالي فريدريك كانوتيه لاعب إشبيلية "سبابا دينيا" في الدقائق الأخيرة من المباراة التي جمعت الفريقين وانتهت بالتعادل السلبي، وهو الأمر الذي تسبب في تطور الأمر إلى مشاجرة بين لاعبي الفريق الكتالوني وخصمه الأندلسي.

اكد المدير الفني لبرشلونة، بيب جوارديولا ان فريقه "فعل كل ما في وسعه وأكثر" للفوز على إشبيلية خلال المباراة التي انتهت بين الطرفين بالتعادل السلبي.

وقال جوارديولا عقب المباراة التي أقيمت يوم السبت: "الفوز دائما أفضل من التعادل، ولكننا قدمنا كل ما لدينا وأكثر لتحقيق الانتصار، ولكن حينما تكون نسبة امتلاكنا للكرة مرتفعة مع وجود 22 تسديدة على مرمى الخصم مقابل واحدة وحارس ممتاز للفريق المنافس، فلا يمكننا سوى تقديم التهنئة لإشبيلية".

Scary safari in Ohio ends with carnage, questions

Sh­eriff's deputies shot nearly 50 li­ons, tigers and oth­er wild ani­mals and say they've accounted for all but one mon­key af­ter the owner of a private farm re­leased dozens of ani­mals from their cages then shot and killed him­self.

Of­ficials con­tinued to search for a macaque mon­key still roam­ing the area on Wednesday af­ter shooting 49 ani­mals and taking an­oth­er six to the zoo. Among the ani­mals killed: 18 Ben­gal tigers, 17 li­ons, six black bears, one baboon, two grizzly bears, three mountain li­ons and two wolves. Ohio has some of the most lax reg­u­lations of exot­ic ani­mals in the country.
The tragedy, which resulted in photographs of groups of dead bears and large cats stream­ing across televi­sion news and the Inter­net, could       

have been avoided with stronger laws, which should be en­acted now, said Adam Roberts, exec­utive vice pres­ident of Born Free USA.

Ohio "leg­is­lators didn't crack down when they had the opportunity," Roberts told CNN. "Ohio is one of the worst states in terms of lax leg­is­lations. We're hop­ing this will at least be the trig­ger for some kind of leg­is­lation."
The bizarre scene unfold­ed Tuesday when Muskingum County Sh­eriff Matt Lutz said his office started getting phone calls at about 5:30 p.m. that wild ani­mals were loose just west of Zanesville on a road that runs under Inter­state 70.
As day­light came to the rural area 55 miles east of Columbus, people were told to stay in­side. Offi­cers with as­sault rifles were comb­ing the area for ani­mals in pour­ing rain.

"It's like Noah's Ark wrecking right here in Zanesville, Ohio," said Jack Hanna, celebrity zookeeper and di­rector emeritus of the Columbus Zoo who at­tended a morning press confer­ence with of­ficials.
Lutz said late Wednesday that all but a mon­key had been cap­tured or killed. One mon­key that has not been accounted for may have been eat­en, he told CNN by large cats on the owner's prop­erty, he said.
Zanesville Mayor Howard Zwelling said he got a call from the city's safety di­rector around 9:30 p.m. Tuesday that Terry Thomp­son, 62, the owner of the farm near downtown, had set the ani­mals free and then shot him­self.
Thomp­son's body was found in the driveway. No sui­cide note was found. Of­ficials said Thomp­son cut the gates on the pens so the               

ani­mals could not be put back in­side their cages.

Sh­eriff Lutz painted a terrifying scene of ani­mals running wild when au­thor­ities arrived at the preserve Tuesday night.
Many had gotten out­side the fenced area around the prop­erty.

U.S. Solar Panel Makers Say China Violated Trade Rules

Sev­en American makers of solar pan­els filed a broad trade case in Wash­ington against the Ch­inese solar indus­try on Wednesday, accus­ing it of us­ing billions of dollars in govern­ment sub­si­dies to help gain sales in the American mar­ket.
The compa­nies also accused China of dump­ing solar pan­els in the United States for less than it costs to manufac­ture and ship them.
The trade case, filed at the Commerce De­part­ment, seeks tariffs of more than 100 per­cent of the wholesale price of solar pan­els from China, which shipped $1.6 billion of the pan­els to the United States in the first eight months of this year.
            

The fil­ing, which the Commerce De­part­ment must review under fed­eral rules, is certain to be con­tro­ver­sial. For one thing, if successful, it       

would drive up the price of solar energy in the name of trying to breathe life into a flagging American indus­try. High costs have already           

kept solar power from becom­ing more than a niche energy source in the United States.

The case also co­incides with crit­icism by Con­gres­sion­al Re­publicans of the Obama admin­istration’s efforts to support American clean energy compa­nies. Re­publicans argue that fed­eral loan guar­antees of more than a half-billion dollars to the now-bankrupt solar compa­ny Solyndra show the folly of the admin­istration’s efforts to guide indus­trial pol­icy in that field.
The fil­ing might also add fu­el to the anti-China senti­ments that are running high in some Wash­ington corridors and have started to seep into the pres­idential campaign.

C.J. Wil­son had his best start of the postsea­son, but couldn’t get through six innings. And the Texas Rangers’ offense didn’t produce any runs against the St. Louis Car­dinals’ bullpen in the           

final three innings.

In the end, St. Louis held on for a 3-2 victory over Texas in Game 1 of the World Se­ries on Wednesday night at Busch Sta­dium. The Car­dinals lead the best-of-sev­en se­ries 1-0.
Game 2 is sched­uled for 7:05 p.m. Thursday at Busch Sta­dium. Colby Lewis starts for the Rangers, while Jaime Garcia goes for the Car­dinals.
With the game tied 2-2 in the sixth, the Car­dinals pulled ahead. David Freese had a one-out dou­ble, and then moved to third on a wild pitch by Wil­son. Wil­son had a piv­otal strike­out against Yadi­er Molina, and then pitched around Car­dinals No. 8 bat­ter Nick Punto with the pitch­er due up.
That move prompted St. Louis to use                           

pinch-hitter Allen Craig, ending starter Chris Car­penter’s night. It also ended Wil­son’s night, as Alexi Ogando re­lieved him.

Ogando, though, gave up an RBI single to Craig down the right-field line, and the Car­dinals took a 3-2 lead. That proved to be the game-deciding run.
The Rangers had a chance in the sev­enth. Nel­son Cruz had a one-out single fol­lowed by Mike Napoli drawing a walk. But pinch-hitters Craig Gen­try and Esteban German both struck out.
With the top of the or­der due up in the eighth, Car­dinals right-hander Octavio Do­tel recorded the first two outs, and then for­mer Rangers left-hander Arthur Rhodes ended the inning by getting Josh Hamilton to fly out to center.
The Rangers went down in or­der against                   

Car­dinals clos­er Ja­son Motte in the ninth. With one out, Adrian Beltre grounded out to third, but it appeared the ball hit off his foot, which would make it foul. But Beltre and man­ag­er Ron Wash­ington argued unsuccessfully to home plate um­pire Jerry Layne.

The Rangers had rallied from a 2-0 deficit. Napoli pulled the Rangers even in the fifth with a two-run oppo­site field home run to right off Car­penter.
The Car­dinals took a 2-0 lead in the fourth when Lance Berkman chopped a two-run single down the right-field line off Wil­son.
Wil­son went 5 2/3 innings, al­lowing three runs on four hits with six walks (two in­tentional) and four strike­outs. He was charged with the loss, and is now 0-3 with a 7.17 ERA in four postsea­son starts.

Bad Blood Between Perry and Romney Is Longstanding

WASH­INGTON — The hos­tilities flar­ing be­tween Mitt Romney and Gov. Rick Perry of Texas have been steadily ris­ing in­side both camps and may signal a new, more combat­ive phase in the Re­publican pres­idential campaign.
The harsh exchanges be­tween the men at a debate in Las Vegas this week made clear the differ­ences — in style and sub­stance, background and be­lief — fac­ing vot­ers as they get clos­er to se­lecting the party’s nom­i­nee. Mr. Romney and Mr. Perry have been on a colli­sion course for months, since Mr. Perry began consid­ering a run for the pres­idency.
But the ani­mosities began long ago, set off by a       

se­ries of po­lit­ical encounters that began when the two men were gover­nors — Mr. Romney in Massachusetts — fight­ing over the ser­vices of a po­lit­ical consultant.

The story of their po­lit­ical relation­ship starts with two am­bi­tious men whose life sto­ries led them to the state­house. But the similar­ities in their ca­reers have always been out­weighed by the differ­ences, and by the mo­ments of person­al and pro­fes­sion­al conflict.
Mr. Romney’s deci­sion, as chairman of the Re­publican Gover­nors As­sociation in 2006, to hire a consultant who was working for one of Mr. Perry’s po­lit­ical oppo­nents left the Texas gover­nor angry, aides said.
“I think that started the downhill dec­line in the relation­ship be­tween the two of them,” a Texas Re­publican op­erative said on Wednesday,                 

recall­ing the ten­sion that existed at the time. “They have nev­er been close.”

It was not long before Mr. Perry crit­icized Mr. Romney by name in his 2008 book about the history of the Boy Scouts. To Mr. Romney’s annoyance, Mr. Perry noted that the Scouts were blocked from partic­ipation in the 2002 Winter Olympic Games, which Mr. Romney led.
“In the absence of an ex­pla­nation,” Mr. Perry wrote, “it is diffi­cult to avoid the conclu­sion that the deci­sion was made as a re­action to the protests of gay activist groups.”
Mr. Romney beat Mr. Perry to the national stage, mount­ing his first bid for the pres­idency in 2008. Mr. Perry’s deci­sion to endorse Rudolph W. Giu­liani, the for­mer New York mayor, over his fel­low gover­nor, added to the in­sult that Mr. Romney felt, accord­ing to

SIRTE, Libya (Reuters) - Muammar Gaddafi is dead, Libya's new leaders said, killed by fight­ers who overran his home­town and final bastion on Thursday. His blood­ied body was stripped and displayed around the world from cell­phone video.
Se­nior of­ficials in the in­terim govern­ment, which ended his 42-year rule two months ago but had la­bored to subdue thou­sands of diehard loyalists, said his death opened the way for a dec­la­ration of "lib­eration" af­ter eight months of war.
His body was expected in the long-standing rebel stronghold of Mis­rata, of­ficials said as their West­ern sponsors held off from                           

confirm­ing that Gaddafi, a self-styled king of kings whom they had lately courted af­ter decades of enmity, was dead at 69.

Af­ter Prime Min­is­ter Mahmoud Jib­ril confirmed his demise, the new national flag, res­urrected by rebels who forced Gaddafi from his cap­ital Tripoli in Au­gust, filled streets and squares as jubilant crowds whooped for joy and fired in the air.

In Sirte, a one-time fish­ing village and Gaddafi's home­town that grandiose schemes had styled a new "cap­ital of Africa," fight­ers danced, bran­dish­ing a gold­en pistol they said they had tak­en from Gaddafi.
Accounts were hazy of his final hours, which also appeared to have cost the lives of se­nior aides. But top of­ficials of the National Tran­sitional Council, including Abdel Majid Mlegta, said he had died of wounds sustained in clashes.
FINAL HOURS
One pos­sible de­scription, pieced togeth­er from var­ious sources, suggests that Gaddafi may have tried to break out of his final redoubt at dawn in a convoy of vehicles af­ter weeks of dogged resistance. Howev­er, he was stopped by a NATO airstrike and cap­tured, pos­sibly             

three or four hours lat­er, af­ter gunbat­tles with NTC fight­ers who found him hiding in a drainage culvert.

NATO said its war­planes fired on a convoy near Sirte about 8:30 a.m. (2:30 a.m. EDT), striking two military vehicles in the group, but could not confirm that Gaddafi had been a pas­sen­ger.
Accounts from his en­e­mies suggested his cap­ture, and death soon af­ter from wounds, may have tak­en place around noon.
One of Gaddafi's sons, heir-ap­par­ent Saif al-Islam, was at large, they be­lieved.
NTC of­ficial Mlegta told Reuters that Gaddafi had been wounded in both legs early in the morning as he tried to flee in the convoy which NATO war­planes attacked

بلحاج يؤكد: القذافي قتل داخل حفرة

أكد علي بلحاج رئيس المجلس العسكري بمدينة طرابلسأن القذافي قتل، بعد العثور عليه مختبئً داخل حفرةن وهو ما يعيد إلى الأذهان، كيفية مقتل الرئيس العراقي السابق صدام حسين.

وقال أحد الشهود الذين حضروا واقعة قتله إن القذافي تم إخراجه من الحفرة التي اختبأ فيها، وتعرض للضرب ثم تم إطلاق النار على رأسه، وعثر معه على سلاح بلجيكي.

من جهة أخرى قال خالد العلاقي عضو اللجنة الامنية العليا لمدينة طرابلس - الذي يتواصل مباشرة مع الناتو لتنسيق العمليات - ان المعتصم نجل القذافي وعبد الله السنوسي رئيس مخابرات القذافي وابو بكر يونس وزير دفاعه كانوا ضمن هذا الرتل وتم اصابة وقتل بعضهم.

ثوار يروون تفاصيل قتل القذافي

روى أحد قادة الثوار الليبيين الميدانيين الذين قتلوا معمر القذافي، بعض تفاصيل عملية مداهمة مدينة سرت، مسقط رأس القذافي التي قتل بها ظهر اليوم الخميس.

وقال إنه أثناء حملة قام بها الثوار على مدينة سرت، وقع إطلاق نار كثيف على القذافي ومجموعة كبيرة من الضباط الذين كانوا معه خلال محاولتهم الفرار من "سرت"، وحاولوا الدفاع عنه، إلا أنهم قتلوا، ففر القذافي إلى حفرة تشبه السرداب، فقام الثوار بالقبض عليه حياً، ووجد به بعض الإصابات بعضها قديم والأخر حديث.

ووصف القائد كيف استقبل القذافي موقف اعتقاله، مؤكداً أن الرئيسي الليبي لم يبد أي مقاومة وبدى مذهولاً، ولم يقل سوى: "خيركم خيركم.. شي فيه"، ثم قام الثوار بضربه بالأيدي، ثم بعد ذلك أطلق النار على رأسه مما تسبب بوفاته، وتم نقل جثته إلى مدينة مصراتة.

الثوار يلقون القبض على المعتصم القذافي حيا بسرت

أفادت قناة الجزيرة الفضائية الخميس عن مراسلها بمدينة سرت الليبية أن الثوار قاموا بالقاء القبض على المعتصم القذافي حياً بالمدينة.

وكان المعتصم القذافي، نجل العقيد الليبي معمر القذافي، قد القي القبض عليه،حسبما صرح بذلك خالد العلاقي، عضو اللجنة الامنية العليا لمدينة طرابلس - الذي يتواصل مباشرة مع الناتو لتنسيق العمليات بعد وجوده في سرداب بسرت مع عبد الله السنوسي رئيس مخابرات القذافي وابو بكر يونس وزير دفاعه الذي بثت له صورا متلفزة وهو مقتول.

وكان علي بلحاج، رئيس المجلس العسكري بمدينة طرابلس، قد ذكر أن العقيد القذافي قتل، بعد العثور عليه داخل "سرداب" بسرت.

ويظهر في الصور سردابين ضيقين تحت الارض كتب عليها "مكان الجرذ القذافي، الله اكبر"

وقال قادة ميدانيون من الثوار ان القذافي تم اخراجه من الحفرة وتعرض للضرب أولا ثم تم اطلاق النار على رأسه ليلقى مصرعه.

وعثر معه على مسدس بلجيكي الصنع من الذهب الخالص.

برشلونة يفوز على فيكتوريا في مباراة الفرص الضائعة

تشيلسي يسحق جينك في يوم تأكيد عودة توريس

أكد النينو الإسباني الموهوب فرناندو توريس عودته عندما قاد تشيلسي للفوز 5-0 على جينك البلجيكي في مباراة لحساب المجموعة الخامسة من أحداث الجولة الثالثة في دوري الأبطال.

وسجل لتشيلسي كل من فرناندو توريس هدفين (الدقائق 11 و 27) في حين أضاف راؤول ميريليس (الدقيقة 8) وايفانوفيتش (الدقيقة 42) وسالمون كالو (الدقيقة 72).

Arsene Wenger’s side looked to get on the front foot straight away however when Alex Song lost the ball in midfield he then fouled Loic Remy and picked up a yellow card. Fortunately for the Cameroonian international Mathieu Valbuena’s free-kick went straight into the hands of Wojciech Szczesny.
The Gunners began to get into gear with their controlled passing game and their patient approach was nearly rewarded when Theo Walcott’s cross was almost headed into the net by skipper Robin Van Persie however the Dutchman couldn’t connect properly as his effort sailed wide.
Marseille tried to back into the game and were using the ball quite nicely but their delivery in the final third was poor as they wasted decent opportunities to put Arsenal’s fragile defence under pressure, particularly from set-pieces.
However the French side did feel they were denied a penalty when a cross appeared to hit Jenkinson on the arm but these appeals were waved by referee Damir Skomina.
Arsene Wenger’s side nearly made the home side pay for their lack of cutting edge as Van Persie saw his goal-bound header cleared off the line by defender Souleymane Diawara as it looked destined for the back of net from Mikel Arteta’s corner.
The hosts responded to this threat through Remy who danced his way through the Gunners defence before firing a shot at goal which deflected off Carl Jenkinson and was enough to take the strike away from the Szczesny’s net.
Didier Deschamps’ side were beginning to dial up the pressure on the Arsenal back-line and Lucho Gonzlalez came extremely close to breaking the deadlock as he raced onto cross into the area but his left-footed shot when just wide of the post.
The Gunners began the second half the stronger of the two sides and saw a lot of possession but like the hosts in the first period they wasted good chances to put Marseille under pressure with sloppy deliveries in the final third of the pitch.
Marseille came close to ending the stalemate when Remy put a dangerous ball into the Arsenal area which the Gunners failed to clear and Andre Ayew nearly capitalised however Song was on hand to make a great tackle to prevent the Ghanaian getting a shot at goal.
Just after the hour mark Walcott had Arsene Wenger’s side’s best chance of the evening when he was put through by Tomas Rosicky.
 The England international managed to escape the attentions of defender Nicolas N’Koulou before firing an effort straight at keeper Steve Mandanda who made a decent stop to deny the Gunners taking the lead.
Both teams had problems in the final third of the pitch as neither seemed capable of producing the quality needed to carve out that one clear cut opportunity much to the frustration of their managers on the sidelines.
Van Persie threatened for Arsenal late on but he was again denied by Mandanda as the Frenchman looked to keep a clean sheet and a share of the points for the French side.
However this effort proved in vain as Ramsey struck in the 92^nd minute after latching onto a through ball and smashed a right footed effort past the Marseille keeper to steal the points for the Gunners.

Goals from Branislav Ivanovic and Raul Miereles sealed a comfortable win for the Blues as they stay top of group E.
It was a match in which Torres silenced his critics as he played with a new found confidence, looking like the man who was once widely labeled as one of the best strikers in the world.
Andre Villas-Boas made six changes to the team he fielded against Everton: captain John Terry and strikers Didier Drogba, Juan Mata and Daniel Strurridge were all rested. While David Luiz, Frank Lampard, Fernando Torres and Champions League debutant Oriol Romeu started.
Chelsea began the game confidently; dominating possession, playing intricate passes and leaving Genk with little hope from the get go.
After seven minutes, Miereles dinked a great ball into Torres, who controlled well but hit the post in what many thought would be another frustrating night for the Spaniard. But moments later, Miereles found himself completely unchallenged and hit a cleanly struck shot from 25-yards into the bottom left hand corner - leaving Genk goalkeeper Laszlo Koteles looking on helplessly.
A few minutes later, Torres finally ended his Champions League goal-drought for Chelsea after he was put through by Frank Lampard and finished calmly, slotting the ball to the keepers bottom left.
Genk's Kevin De Bruyne looked lively down the left flank for the Belgium charges, causing Chelsea problems with his creativity and flare. However the opportunities he created for the front men were of no avail.
Chelsea came agonizingly close to a third girl when Torres burst down the left flank into the box and set up Malouda, but the Frenchman failed to take advantage of the opportunity as he side passed the ball inches wide of the post.
The game was over by 30 minutes as Torres’ exceptional movement saw him clinically head the ball past Koteles for his second goal. Miereles’ cross was met with a confident Torres header, who guided the ball past the right hand side of the keeper.
Torres then looked as if he was going to turn provider as he crossed the ball with the outside of his boot to Lampard, but the standing captain headed wide.
Five minutes before half time, Torres released Lampard who fed the ball to Nicloas Anelka but the France international injected too much power into his shot which soared over the bar.
Genk’s misfortune was then accentuated as Daniel Pudil tripped up Anelka outside the box earning himself a yellow card and a one-match suspension. The Blues took advantage of the free kick outside the box as Maluda crossed a scintillating ball into the box and Ivanovic used his height to leap above his marker and head the ball past the keeper.
Chelsea continued where they left off after half time, dictating the play as Genk looked increasingly uncomfortable and evidently second best.
Malouda was the next Chelsea player to squander an opportunity as he shot straight at the keeper in a one on one while a host of his fellow team-mates were free inside the box unmarked.
Lampard was then tripped inside the box in what looked like a clear-cut penalty but, determined to score, quickly got up but was then dispossessed.
Genk’s 3,000 odd supporters continued to back their team despite not having much to cheer about as Chelsea continued to pile on the pressure in an evidently one sided encounter.
Soloman Kalou was eager to make an impression on the game, looking energetic skipping past the opposition defenders on different occasions.
Kalou then found the net to complete a resounding victory for Villas-Boas men. A Jose Bosingwa cross was met by Torres but blew his chance of a hatrick, luckily the lively substitute made it 5-0.

Jose Mourinho started Karim Benzema ahead of the free-scoring Gonzalo Higuain and the Frenchman repaid the faith shown in him with a poachers finish after 18 minutes.

Benzema turned provider early in the second-half for Sami Khedira to double Madrid's lead and quell any threat from Lyon, and it was three not soon after when Mesut Ozil fired home.

Sergio Ramos completed the rout eight minutes from time to send Real Madrid five points clear at the top of Group D.

Real Madrid began the brighter of the two teams, enjoying a large share of possession deep in Lyon's territory without creating any clear-cut opportunities.

Mourinho's men took the lead when Ronaldo flicked on Ozil’s corner to the far post where Benzema was on hand to divert the ball into an empty net.

Lyon then began to force their way into the match, and Bafetimbi Gomis expertly powered the ball home only for his effort to be correctly judged offside
Benzema thought he had bagged his second when he was on hand to slip a quickly taken Xabi Alonso free kick past Hugo Lloris only for the referee to demand the set piece be taken again.

Madrid extended their lead two minutes into the second half, Benzema taking advantage of Reveillere's slip before steadying himself and sliding the ball into the path of Khedira to score his first goal for Real Madrid.

Los Blancos made it three after Lyon failed to clear their lines, as Ozil took advantage of the confusion in the French side’s penalty area to fire towards goal with Lloris diverting the the ball into his own net.

Lyon were unable to find a way into the game, and Madrid came close to adding a fourth but Ronaldo’s effort was ruled out for offside against Kaka, who had wondered into an offside position.

It soon became four when Ramos celebrated his first Champions League goal in three years when he controlled Kaka’s corner before smashing home from ten yards.

Remi Garde will hope his side will avenge tonight’s heavy defeat when Real Madrid travel to France in two weeks time for the reverse leg.

t was far from the easy match that many had predicted, and the referee was at the centre of the game, handing United two deserved penalties in the second half that Rooney dispatched with ease as well as sending off Vidic and the home side's Perendija and handing out a host of bookings.

The 2-0 win is United's first in their Group C campaign, and if the Red Devils can defeat Otelul in the return fixture at Old Trafford they should be in a good position to challenge Benfica - who beat Basel in the other game - to finish in top spot.

United seemed to be slightly nervy in the opening exchanges, with Vidic carelessly giving the ball away early on, perhaps a sign of him being ring-rusty after his two-month lay-off, and Anders Lindegaard later rushing out to clear, but smashing the ball against his captain in the 18th minute.

The visitors were playing patiently, but lacking any pace to their attacks, though balls into the box from the left were causing the Romanian defence some problems.

The home side's first real moment of note came in the 27th minute as Filip picked up the ball before ghosting past Nani and shrugging off a challenge from Anderson to fire in a shot, but his effort curled narrowly over the bar.

Meanwhile, United's first clear effort on goal came from Wayne Rooney in the 30th minute, as he bent a free-kick from distance around the wall that the goalkeeper did well to block and collect at the second attempt.

Ten minutes from half-time, Patrice Evra broke through and hit a shot low at the near post, but Grahovac got down well to save.

With less than five minutes to go in the half, United should have been ahead. Anderson fired out a fantastic driven pass to Nani on the left wing and the tricky Portuguese international toyed with the right-back before finding Michael Carrick rushing in on goal, but the midfielder fired his effort well over when a goal seemed inevitable.

Nani was again involved seconds later as he found himself in some space 30 yards from goal, hitting an effort that bounced just before Grahovac, who did well to collect the ball with Chicharito lurking.

But despite the late threat, the sides went in level at half-time with United looking a little off the pace, something Sir Alex Ferguson would have wanted to alter during the break.
Within the first five minutes of the re-start, United were more intent on attacking, but the Galati players looked to be taking more robust methods in preventing them, with Nani fouled twice in the space of a minute.

Just before the turn of the hour mark, United seemed set to lose Fabio to injury as the Brazilian appeared to slip and catch his foot in the ground, but the right-back recovered sufficiently to take his place on the pitch before he was replaced by Phil Jones later in the half.

The United team really were coming in for some severe treatment as Rooney took a a nasty challenge on the ankle before Nani was again chopped down, with both challenges resulting in bookings.

Rooney was fine to continue, and came close to opening the scoring in the 63rd minute, as he collected the ball six yards out and hit the ball on the turn, sending it inches wide.

But seconds later, Rooney earned United a penalty as he was put through by Nani. The striker saw that Chicharito was clear, but his attempted cross was stopped by Sergiu Costin, clearly with his hand.

Rooney picked up the ball and coolly dispatched the penalty, sending the goalkeeper the wrong way and putting United in the lead.

Just as the goal appeared to suggest things were about to calm down, minutes later Vidic became the centre of attention, as he was harshly sent off for a high tackle on Gabriel Giurgiu.

The United captain didn't get the ball, but it was an untidy rather than malicious tackle and a yellow card would have sufficed, given some of the tackles that had already taken place in the game.

United were straight under the kosh again as a result and could have been pegged back but for the timely intervention of Carrick, who slid in with a terrific block as Punosevac threatened.

As the match wore on, however, United's experience was telling as they kept the ball well despite their numerical disadvantage. The introductions of Jones and Jonny Evans from the substitutes' bench helped to settle the defence.

With five minutes to go, the numbers were evened up by the referee as Perendija was booked for a second time as he hauled down Chicharito following a ball over the top.

Two minutes later, Nani came close to making sure of the result as he fired in a shot from 25 yards on his left foot that struck the inside of the post and bounced away to safety.

But in stoppage time, Rooney did make sure of the points as he earned a second penalty himself and brushed himself off before firing in a super strike in the same corner as his first, beating the goalkeeper's low dive.

Giampaolo Pazzini scored what turned out to be the winning goal with a well-executed volley in the 22nd minute to stop his side's rut after two consecutive league defeats at the hands of Napoli and Catania.

The victory moves the Nerazzurri onto the six-point mark, two clear of both CSKA Moscow and Trabzonspor after the Russian side secured a 3-0 victory over their Turkish opponents in the evening's early kick-off.

The hosts took the game to their more illustrious visitors straight from the first whistle, with full-back Mathieu Debuchy and midfielder Florent Balmont combining to great effect down the right-hand side.
However, despite their industry and application, the final ball from the wide areas was more often than not lacking in quality.
In typical Italian fashion, the Nerazzurri expertly soaked up the pressure before hitting their opponents with a classic sucker-punch by taking the lead against the run of play in the 22^nd minute.
Returning Dutchman Wesley Sneijder, who had been sidelined with injury for over three weeks, was the architect, working a neat exchange with Pazzini before dissecting the Lille rearguard with an incisive through ball for Mauro Zarate.
The Argentine darted to the byline, and demonstrated tremendous vision by clipping his cross back towards the penalty spot, where Pazzini had arrived right on time to thrash a volley past Vincent Enyeama to open the scoring.
LOSC reacted positively to the setback, however, and upped their game. Less than 60 seconds after the goal, Julio Cesar was forced to punch Debuchy’s 25 yard drive clear.
Yet that was about as close as the hosts came to restoring parity in the first half as the Inter backline held firm in the face of Eden Hazard and Joe Cole’s attempts to pick their defensive lock.
Les Dogues not only added a sense of urgency to their play in the second half, but also looked far more menacing in the final third.
However, despite appearing more threatening, in the end all they had to show for their efforts were Moussa Sow’s deflected strike and substitute Dimitri Payet’s curling effort from the edge of the box, both of which drew decent, but not outstanding, saves from Julio Cesar.
The sides now meet again on matchday four in the second fixture of their Champions League double-header. Lille will travel to Milan to face Inter at Giuseppe Meazza on Wednesday 2 November.

Sergio Aguero sealed Manchester City's first win in the Champions League group stage with the final action of the match, coming from behind to record a 2-1 victory over Villarreal.

Cani had shocked the hosts by striking in the fourth minute, but a Carlos Marchena own goal just before half-time restored parity, before substitute Aguero snuck the winner.

Roberto Mancini kept Aguero on the bench, with the Argentine having only just recovered from a groin injury. Pablo Zabaleta and Aleksandar Kolarov came into in the full-back positions with Micah Richards and Gael Clichy settling for being among the substitutes. Former Manchester United forward Giuseppe Rossi, meanwhile, started for the visitors against his old team’s fierce rivals.

City, needing a win, saw their plans go awry right from the start. Sloppy defending from the home side saw David Silva lose possession and Nigel de Jong offer limp resistance when the visitors pounced. Rossi’s shot was hit at Joe Hart but the keeper spilled it, allowing Cani to slot in an easy opener, as the Etihad Stadium fell silent.

The home side looked somewhat nervy after the shock start but sought an equaliser, with Kolarov curling a shot just wide from range. The Serbian was involved again a minute later when Yaya Toure freed him on the left. His well-worked cross came at an awkward angle for Samir Nasri in the box, though, and the Frenchman volleyed over.

Kolarov, in threatening mood, went on to test Diego Lopez with a free-kick, curling wickedly from far out and forcing the Villarreal stopper to push it over the bar.

City looked settled but the Spaniards were doing enough to soak up any serious pressure, leading Mancini to make a bold tactical decision and substitute the quiet Johnson after just 40 minutes and introducing Gareth Barry.

Almost instantly the Citizens’ fortune changed, Kolarov overlapping on the left and driving the ball in low across the box. Marchena stretched out to deny Dzeko but succeeded only in diverting it into his own net just before half-time.
mmediately after the break, City might have taken the lead as Dzeko and Toure both beat the offside trap to meet a pass, but the Bosnian striker’s shot was not as ruthless as it should have been and was denied well by Lopez.

Lone striker Rossi then began to find opportunities on the counter but, thoroughly unsupported, he was unable to do more than flash a shot into the side netting and then saw a deflected effort pushed away by Hart.

Mancini’s men pushed forward again, with Toure, playing further forward after Barry’s introduction, threading it through to Kolarov in the area, but the Serbian was offside and his thumping finish counted for nothing.

Villarreal had clearly adopted a more attacking mindset after the goal and measuredly committed more players forward, with Borja Valero and Cristian Zapata attempting shots from further out.

The half continued to be even in possession but the visitors were racking up many more attempts on goal than the side in sky blue as the final quarter of an hour arrived.

City fans thought they had found the elusive second goal when Kolarov smashed another free-kick in but his rocket shot only reached the side netting. Substitute Aguero then supplied Dzeko on the right of the area, but with the ball moving away from the net, he could only lift his effort over.

The Bosnian then missed an excellent chance, onside to meet a cross from the left with five minutes left, but headed wide as his fruitless evening continued.

City strived for a last-gasp winner in injury time, Kolarov's pass creating a scramble in the area that nobody could capitalise on, and Lopez then pulling off an important save from Zabaleta.

But suddenly, in the final seconds, Villarreal were broken. James Milner, fresh from the bench, squeezed a fine reverse pass through to Zabaleta, who crossed low into the box where several sky blue shirts awaited. It was Aguero who slid in to help the ball into the corner and deliver the victory City craved.

The result leaves City in third place at the halfway stage of the group, one point behind Napoli and three behind leaders Bayern Munich.
